Often working in conjunction with the customers & technical staff, our extrusion facility offers expert advice in selecting Raw materials, Prototyping and problem solving, Tooling design & manufacture; Manufacture and modification systems, Quality & testing etc.

Our current range of Nylon and PE pipe for Water, Gas and Comms/elec conduit ranges in size from 10mm up to 180mm – supplied in coils or in lengths to suit individual customer requirements; not just simple off-the-shelf standard plastic extrusions, but complicated designed shapes that have to be right the first time every time.

Although PCA offers very competitive pricing for standard extruded plastic when purchased in large quantities, we excel in the development and production of more challenging, specialized profiles and materials. Our in-house engineering team will utilize state of the art extrusion technology and materials to create custom plastic extrusions of any imaginable design.
